Mr. James W. Young started Young Electric Company in 1977 in San
Francisco. Presently, we
have offices in both San Francisco and Oakland. Young Electric Company
has and will continue to provide professional service, partnering
solutions, high safety standards, and competitive bids.
Our attached Mission Statement expresses our vision and passion
to our clients, venders and employees.
Young
Electric Company prides itself with top quality, loyal office and field
staff. Most of our
field staff has been employed with Young Electric Company for more than
5 years. We have 6 project
managers and 4 assistant PM’s/Contract Administrators including
in-house CAD capabilities.
Our resume includes
Educational facilities, Bio-pharmaceutical plants, Retail, Office
tenants, Hospitality and Hospitals (OSHPD), Religious Sanctuaries,
Theaters, High-Tech, Clean Rooms, and High End Residential projects.
We provide both design/build and plan/spec expertise as well as
design/assist as needed.
Young
Electric Company performs 90% of our own work, only utilizing
subcontractors on fire alarm and life safety mainly for equipment and
technical support.
We
are always excited in providing our clients with the electrical
contracting and engineering services they are familiar with, continually
